As an educator, both in the classroom and on the stage, my goal is to create an environment and learning community in which students can receive the necessary skill sets they need to succeed in both theatre and the 21st-century world. The learning community will work as a whole to grow each other in effective teamwork, empathy, leadership, problem-solving, and effective use of communication. The learning community shall serve as a place that welcomes all students of all backgrounds and journeys in order to grow as students, artist, and people. Overall, my goal as an educator is to shape my students to be greater humans who are capable of utilizing their artistry through their everyday journeys.
